The installation of this switch assembly requires the technician to strictly adhere to the manufacturer's electrical safety rules:

Electronic Control Module Required: This product is not suitable for switching electrical loads directly. All high-current electrical loads (such as headlights, turn signals, or horns) must be routed and switched through an electronic switching module (such as the mo.unit).

Battery Safety: The vehicle battery must be completely disconnected prior to starting any work on the electrical system. Always disconnect the negative terminal first, and then the positive terminal.

Grounding Rules: You must measure the resistance between the negative battery terminal and the handlebar surface. If the resistance is higher than 3 ohms (or if using non-metal handlebars like Carbon fiber), a separate ground wire must be routed directly from the battery to the mo.switch housing ground points.
