Safe Cable Routing: You must drill a 3mm hole at the bottom center of the handlebars to route the cable out. It is crucial to thoroughly deburr the edges of this hole; otherwise, the sharp metal will slice the cable during motorcycle vibrations. The handlebar sweep angle towards the rider must not exceed 9 degrees.

The "Maximum 4 Turns" Rule: Secure the rubber mount so it fits snugly into the handlebar, insert the light, and twist it clockwise by hand to lock it. Absolutely do not rotate more than 4 turns (max torque 4 Nm); over-twisting will snap the internal wiring.
